It must be biking season

It must be biking season... I biked in to work today. And on Sunday, Dad tried to go for a bike ride, but was thwarted by flat tires (someone needs a bike pump). My ride is 8.2 miles, including a 1.4 mile climb up a moderate grade. In my lowest gear (39x25) I was able to make about 80-90 rpm for the majority of the hill. Overall average speed (not counting stop lights) was 16.5mph. Yesterday I had stashed a change of clothes and food for lunch in my office, so I could ride without carrying a bunch of stuff, which is really nice. Looking forward to the ride home...
